Live Sphagnum Moss
🌿Live sphagnum moss - Sphagnum cristatum - is a beautiful fluffy and spongy moss that looks great in terrariums. It is very hard to find in Australia - it took us a couple of years to find a sustainable grower of this lovely moss! We're very excited to have it on our website.
🌿As you can see from the photos, the moss is a light green and yellowish colour. When it is placed in your terrarium, it will green up even more as it settles in.
🌿It is sent in a 500ml Biopak reclaimed sugarcane pulp container and lid, a rapidly renewable material. The container measures 16x10x3cm.

🌿Our live moss is sustainably sourced from a local grower in the Victoria, making it ideal for the Australian climate. It requires very little maintenance in a closed environment.
Shipping & Packaging
We are a small team working hard to create and send your order. Each order is hand filled and created by us so that your substrates, plants and soil are as fresh as possible. This means that it can take us 2-5 business days to process orders, depending on the amount of orders in the queue.
We ship DIY Terrarium Kits to VIC, SA, ACT, NSW and QLD from Melbourne VIC for a flat rate of $15.95. We use a mix of couriers so that we can keep shipping costs low. If you would prefer us to send by Auspost, please let us know in the notes to seller at checkout. Orders are dispatched Monday - Friday.
Important Express Post Info
All of our orders can take 2-5 business days to process. This INCLUDES Auspost Express orders. The express option is so that the order is sent by Express Post and will get to its destination sooner after it leaves our workshop. It does not mean that your order will be bumped up to the top of the orders list. We are a small team and each order is filled and created in the order that they are placed.
Order Tracking
The majority of our orders are packed and on the way in 2-5 business days. If you haven't received your tracking details within 5 business days, please email us at hello@flowerandtwignursery.com.au or contact us through Facebook or Instagram. We'll get back to you as soon as possible with an update.
In the rare instance that your package does arrive damaged, please get in touch with photos of the issue within 24hrs of receiving your order and we will happily replace anything that was damaged. Customer happiness is our number one priority!
