Christmas Ordering Information


GET YOUR JINGLE BELLS ON!

 

Christmas is creeping up on us again - where did the last year go?! Here's all of the information for our Christmas shipping period.

Our last shipping date is Thursday 11th December. 

LAST CALL FOR CHRISTMAS ORDERS!! This means that you can place an order with us now and just pop in the notes to seller at checkout that it is a Christmas Order. We will then have these in the post by THURSDAY 11TH DECEMBER - this will give all orders plenty of time to arrive in time for gifting.  

We send all of our parcels via Auspost. Our last shipping date this year to ensure that parcels arrive for Christmas is THURSDAY 11th DECEMBER. If you want your order to arrive by Christmas, the cutoff date for orders is MIDNIGHT TUESDAY DAY 9th DECEMBER. All orders placed by this date will be shipped no later than THURSDAY 11th DECEMBER. 

All orders placed from Thursday 11th December until Tuesday 6th January will be shipped on Thursday 8th January after our short break.

Sending straight to the recipient? No problem! We can include a greeting card with your message in it at no extra cost! Just pop your message in the notes to seller at checkout and we'll make sure to include it. 

 

PLANT INFO

Not gifting straightaway? That's ok! All plants will need to be removed from the box after receiving it. The plants can be placed on a tray that receives bright indirect light and kept moist until ready to gift or plant. They can then be wrapped back up the day before gifting. We use low maintenance plants for our terrariums so they should be fine once you follow our instructions that are supplied with the plants. 

The Moss will be fine in the sealed bag it is packed in. It can be left in the box with the other terrarium substrates. The main thing is to keep it out of direct sunlight, moss is not a fan of the sun!

We are taking a short break from FRIDAY 12th DECEMBER until TUESDAY 6th JANUARY. All orders placed on and between these dates will be shipped on TUESDAY 6th JANUARY.
