Where We Ship To
We ship DIY Terrarium Kits to VIC, SA, ACT, NSW and QLD from Melbourne VIC for a flat rate of $15.95. We use a mix of couriers so that we can keep shipping costs low. If you would prefer us to send by Auspost, please let us know in the notes to seller at checkout. Orders are dispatched Monday - Friday.
We are a small team working hard to create and send your order. Each order is hand filled and created by us so that your substrates, plants and soil are as fresh as possible. This means that it can take us 2-5 business days to process orders, depending on the amount of orders in the queue.
Important Express Post Info
All of our orders can take 2-5 business days to process. This INCLUDES Auspost Express orders. The express option is so that the order is sent by Express Post and will get to its destination sooner after it leaves our workshop. It does not mean that your order will be bumped up to the top of the orders list. We are a small team and each order is filled and created in the order that they are placed.
Order Tracking
The majority of our orders are packed and on the way in 2-5 business days. If you haven't received your tracking details within 3 business days, please email us at hello@flowerandtwignursery.com.au or contact us through Facebook or Instagram. We'll get back to you as soon as possible with an update.
How We Package Our DIY Terrarium Kits
This is definitely the most asked question we receive!
We have shipped thousands of DIY Terrarium Kits all over Australia in the last five years and 99.99% of them arrive safe and sound. All of our glass is wrapped in bio degradable bubble wrap and boxed in strong cardboard packaging that protects the glass extremely well.
Landfill-biodegradable bubble wrap for protecting and storing items can be recycled or disposed of in the general rubbish bin. Once disposed to landfill biodegradation is accelerated approximately 90+% faster than conventional bubble wrap, producing an organic matter (a natural fertiliser) and no microplastics. Our plants are sent as plugs that are watered before packaging and can easily survive one week in the post.
Our terrarium supplies are all packaged in landfill biodegradable bags supplied by Biogone, an innovative Australian company that are passionate about the environment.
In the rare instance that your package does arrive damaged, please get in touch with photos of damage and we will happily replace the broken glass for you. Customer happiness is our number one priority.
Flower & Twig will not take responsibility if incorrect delivery details are supplied.
The customer must ensure the correct details have been given. Please read your order confirmation email carefully, if you need to change your delivery details please contact us within 24hrs of receiving the confirmation email and we will update the address for you.
