Where We Ship To
We ship DIY Terrarium Kits to VIC, SA, ACT, NSW and QLD from Melbourne VIC for a flat rate of $15. We use a mix of Auspost and Couriers depending on size and weight of each order. Orders are dispatched Monday - Friday.
Click and Collect is available from Preston 3072. Orders must be placed through our website. We will send the exact address when we confirm that the order is ready for pickup which is generally within 1-2 days including weekends.
Local Deliveries are completed at a flat rate of $10. Minimum order is $50. We hand deliver within a 10km radius of Preston 3072. The local delivery option will appear on the shipping page automatically if the above criteria are met.

How We Package Our DIY Terrarium Kits
This is definitely the most asked question we receive!
We have shipped thousands of DIY Terrarium Kits all over Australia in the last three years and 99.99% of them arrive safe and sound. All of our glass is wrapped in bio degradable bubble wrap and boxed in strong cardboard packaging that protects the glass extremely well.
Landfill-biodegradable bubble wrap for protecting and storing items can be recycled or disposed of in the general rubbish bin. Once disposed to landfill biodegradation is accelerated approximately 90+% faster than conventional bubble wrap, producing an organic matter (a natural fertiliser) and no microplastics. Our plants are sent as plugs that are watered before packaging and can easily survive one week in the post.
Our terrarium supplies are all wrapped in cellophane that can be recycled at some supermarkets through Redcycle.
In the rare instance that your package does arrive damaged, please get in touch with photos of damage and we will happily replace the broken glass for you. Customer happiness is our number one priority.
